Family Support Worker Delivers Vital Talk to Year 7 Pupils

Earlier this week Year 7 students received an informative talk from Kernow Young Carers – an Action for Children service that works with children and young adults to make caring a more positive experience, providing guidance, short breaks, and much more.

Lynsey Matthews, a Family Support Practitioner, led the assembly, detailing the role of a carer, how the service helps carers, and, indeed, how many individuals are unaware that they are carers.
