Local Business Funds Lego League Entry

We are delighted to announce that Morwind, a local offshore wind and renewable power developer, has committed to fund the school’s First Lego League entry for the next three years.

Thanks to the generosity of Morwind, our students will be able to participate in the First Lego League Challenge, where participating teams are introduced to scientific and real-world challenges to focus and research on.

Indeed, a number of our students have been working on their projects during the after-school Lego League Club, and during this week’s meeting, we welcomed Morwind Managing Director, Ben Gowers, along to meet staff, pupils and watch the exciting work take shape.
