Roald Dahl Day
28 November 2017To celebrate Roald Dahl Day at Penryn College, students were invited to take part in a number of activities. They did some themed literacy tasks in tutor time and English. Some other activities took place in French, Maths and Humanities.
At lunchtime, students could choose to watch James and the Giant Peach, create a Dahl sculpture for a treat from the chocolate fountain or listen to Charlie Bucket’s Grandparents reading a story from their bed in the English corridor.
The students got very involved in all these activities to help improve their listening, reading and writing skills.
