Staff Transform Sports Hall into Testing Area

This week has seen our Sports Hall transform into an in-school COVID-19 testing area, with 15 testing bays, processing areas, recording stations, and a socially-distanced waiting area.

Staff have been working hard to ensure everything is in place to make the testing process as comfortable as possible for students upon their return to school, and as part of these preparations, additional members of staff have taken part in a range of NHS testing training.

We know that the testing process will cause some understandable anxiety for students, but please be assured that there will be members of staff available at all times to answer any questions or help deal with any worries students may have.
