Jazmin’s Sustainable Homes Project

Check out this fantastic piece of work by Year 7 student, Jazmin, who has constructed her very own model sustainable home as part of her STEAM project.

Last month’s newsletter featured students’ sustainable homes constructed via the video game ‘Minecraft’.

As part of the Sustainable Homes Project, pupils were tasked with making their houses as energy efficient as possible, while working to specific design considerations: eco materials, plot orientation to the direction of the wind and sun, size, and cost.
