Students Help Create a Sustainable Future for Cornwall

20 February 2020

Several Year 9 pupils took part in a valuable and fantastically insightful ‘Sustainable Futures for Cornwall’ Environment and Sustainability Day at the University of Exeter earlier this month.

Environment and Sustainability Days involve researchers in the Environment and Sustainability Institute (ESI) working with school students to tackle global issues.

Indeed, this year, students participated in a range of workshops to gain an understanding of these global challenges, and, subsequently, come up with solutions to create a sustainable future for Cornwall.

Well done to all students who took part, and a big thank you to the University of Exeter for hosting the event.
