Inspiring STEM Roadshow Visits Penryn College

Our Year 7 and 8 students were treated to a fascinating, fun-filled interactive show last week, aimed at inspiring young people to explore careers in the science, technology, engineering and maths industries (STEM)!

The BAE Systems Roadshow team delivered a huge range of practical demonstrations involving both students and staff, bringing to life the importance of STEM and how much we rely on it in everyday life.

One of the highlights of the show – much to the delight of our pupils – was watching their teachers compete against each other in generating power via a bike!
