Mental Health Awareness Week15 May 2023
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is anxiety.
During tutor time this week, we are letting students know that anxiety is a normal emotion, and that lots of things can cause feelings like this.
As always, we are also reminding pupils that support is available both in and out of school, including the option to speak to staff, our @Talk app (installed on iPads), and Kooth (an online mental health service for young people).
