Penryn College Remembers
11 November 2024Both Remembrance Sunday and Remembrance Day saw our students and staff honour the unwavering courage of those who served and sacrificed.
Our traditional Act of Remembrance took place on Monday, with students who are members of uniformed groups forming a guard of honour at the front of the school, before marching out to lay a wreath in our Remembrance Garden. Meanwhile, pupils and staff in other areas of the school observed a two-minute silence.
That was after Mrs Croxall and our Head Students, Rosie and Alex, attended the Penryn Community Act of Remembrance on Sunday.
A big thank you to everyone involved and to those who organised these events.
