Plans for World Book Day!

What’s Happening?

On Thursday 7 March, we will be celebrating World Book Day here at Penryn College!

Students will have a range of fun activities to join in with, including competitions and creative tasks during breaktime, tutor time and lunchtime.

Best Character Costume Competition

Students will be given the opportunity to wear a character costume – please see information on this below.

Book Voucher

Each Key Stage 3 student will receive a voucher which entitles them to a free book. You will find some of the suitable books available below and a list of participating retailers here.

Staff’s Favourite Childhood Books

Some of our staff have shared their favourite childhood books, all of which you can see within the newsletter.
