Princess Anne visits Penryn College pupils

Three students were very fortunate yesterday when they were given the opportunity to meet HRH Princess Anne.  HRH Princess Anne paid a visit to Constantine to present Sally Coot with a long service award for her charity work at the Save the Children Charity shop.  Students Lauren, Freyja and Charlotte were invited to attend the celebration due to their efforts for the charity.  Lauren has completed over 70 voluntary hours at the shop as part of her Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award.  Freyja has sold some of her belongings and donated the proceeds to the shop and Charlotte has been fundraising for the charity.  Sally said “I am very proud of these young ladies for supporting the charity”
