Special Week for Sports Teams Following Three County Titles

It’s been a fantastic week for our sports sides, with our U12 Netball team, U13 Hockey team, and U12 Jr. NBA team earning county titles!

Our U12 Netball team started the week with an unbeaten County Tournament victory at Truro School, concluding a wonderful month for the group, which also saw them clinch the South Cornwall Tournament title prior to the half term break.

Following in the footsteps of the girls, our U13A Boys’ Basketball team went on a fantastic unbeaten run to secure the U13 County Tournament title at Penair School. The competition also saw our B team take part and put in a brilliant performance.

And it was double success for our Year 7 and 8 Jr. NBA teams, who both qualified for the Regional Playoffs, with the Year 7 squad becoming champions of Cornwall along the way and our Year 8 side narrowly missing out on top spot in their age group.

A huge well done to all teams. What a superb week!
