Students Complete Final Animal Care Session at Duchy College
03 June 2024The week before half term saw our Year 10 Animal Care students conclude their six amazing weeks at Duchy College Rosewarne!
During that time, they spent time learning how to care for a huge variety of animals, forming close bonds with them and picking up a host of new skills along the way.
Indeed, our pupils have worked closely with donkeys Mistletoe, Stuart and Gerald, and had to say an emotional goodbye to them before heading to the rodent room to carry out food and water duties for the fancy mice, hamsters and lemmings.
A big thank you to Ali at Duchy College Rosewarne, who has taught everyone so much and inspired our students.
