Students Showcase Newly Learned Skills as Part of College Course

Big congratulations to our Year 10 pupils who have completed the second term of their Catering & Hospitality course at Cornwall College, sponsored by St Austell Brewery.

Over the course of the term, our students have created lots of delicious dishes, including stir-fry, spaghetti bolognese, fish & chips and quiche, as well as scrumptious desserts including cheesecake, doughnuts and cookies.

Each pupil has worked hard and made lots of progress with their knife skills and cooking techniques.

Well done to all students and a big thank you to Cornwall College and St Austell Brewery for providing this amazing opportunity!
