Art Showcase: The Kraken
09 May 2020Year 8 Art students have been working on a project to illustrate words from the poem ‘The Kraken’.
Pupils were asked to use their imagination for the shape, size, style, and position of the lettering on the page. They have also been working on developing their tonal drawing skills and contour shading.
Reflecting on the drawings, Art Teacher, Ms Orford, said: “I am so impressed with the creativity shown, and the amount of time and effort pupils have put into the project.”
