Students’ Restoration and Gardening Project
29 April 2023Over the coming weeks, a group of Year 9 boys will be working on the restoration of the school’s polytunnels and gardening area, as part of a project sparked by their willingness to learn and improve the school facilities.
Indeed, earlier this week, Harry, Finley and Aaron managed to clear a substantial amount of overgrown greenery from inside the polytunnels, which will be reused for making compost.
Once the hard work had been completed, they enjoyed a cup of tea and a biscuit while reflecting on their hard work with Mr Prynn, Mr Bowers and Mr Webber (pictured with the students).
Looking forward, the boys will continue to clear the area and prepare the polytunnel frames for restoration. Look out for further updates on the progress being made!
